As the peak industry body for building within Victoria, the Building Commission needed a business solution and a technology platform that guaranteed scalability and ability to leverage existing systems through integration. With a continuing development of new products and services their investment need to deliver an ongoing return on their initial investment. |

- Initially they needed a product that would manage a very large volume of content, enable accessibility compliance and improve the quality of their website. Strong brand and marketing requirements was a must! Their interface design needed to support two distinct audiences; consumers and industry. They also needed training and skills transfer to allow their people to be empowered and confident to deliver their business online.
- Then they needed a technology partner to develop custom applications and provide integration to supports payments, subscription to news and updates and online services such as 'Find a Practitioner' and 'Pulse Building Analytics'.
- Recently they needed to scale their initial investment to Lantern CMS Multi site, to support the delivery of Pulse as a separate and innovative portal, including integration to their massive data warehouse and an additional website to support the Plumbing Industry Commission.
We provided
In our initial appointment Morpheum implemented Lantern CMS V1 focusing on an user-centric web site design. The solution enabled broader staff participation in the authoring and maintenance of website content.
Throughout our ongoing partnership, Morpheum has designed and implemented numerous online services and transactions focused on process improvement and better customer service delivery.
Our most recent implementation provided an upgrade of Lantern CMS to Multi site to support the redevelopment and promotion of the re-branded Pulse product, world first information portal of building industry intelligence, with expert commentary, analysis and data on Victoria's building industry.
Their investment is now being leveraged to support the Plumbing Industry Commission website redevelopment project, delivering greater return in investment.
